At Corner Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your furniture, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return:
- Unused and Unassembled Condition: The furniture must be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition. This means it should be in the same packaging it arrived in, with all original parts and accessories included. Any damage incurred after delivery will not be covered under this policy.
- Original Packaging: Please retain the original packaging materials for the return shipment. Returning the item in the original packaging will help prevent damage during transit.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received). We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned item and inspecting it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange the exchange. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item may apply.
Exceptions:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.
